Liberty Tabletop

The company and its work

Liberty Tabletop was launched in 2010 as the consumer brand of Sherrill Manufacturing, which had been founded in 2005 in Sherrill, New York. The company preserved equipment and expertise from the former Oneida flatware operation and today operates the only remaining stainless-steel flatware factory in the United States. Few companies better illustrate what can be lost, or preserved, when everyday manufacturing moves overseas.
