The company and its work

Founded in Portland, FINEX approached cast iron as a piece of American industrial design rather than a commodity. Its distinctive octagonal cookware combines traditional cast-iron construction with machined cooking surfaces and recognizable stainless-steel spring handles. FINEX later became part of Lodge Cast Iron, linking two generations of American cookware manufacturing.
